Last updated: 2026-03-12

Purpose of Policy

The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) clarifies the limitations on the use of Hostpanel Demo's network, hosting infrastructure, and SaaS products. It is designed to protect our services, our clients, and the broader internet community from irresponsible or illegal activities.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using Hostpanel Demo services for:

Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails or marketing messages without verified consent.

Security Threats: Attempting to bypass authentication, scanning for vulnerabilities, or launching DDoS attacks against any system.

Resource Abuse: Excessive use of server resources that degrades performance for other clients on shared hosting or SaaS platforms.

Illegal Content: Storing or distributing copyrighted material without authorization, or hosting content that promotes violence or illegal acts.

SaaS Platform Use

For the hosted software products we operate:

You may not share administrative accounts with unauthorized third parties.

Automated scraping of data from our platforms is prohibited unless through an authorized API.

Any attempt to reverse engineer or modify the SaaS source code is a violation of our intellectual property.

Hosting & Server Conduct

Servers provided by Hostpanel Demo must not be used for hosting malware, phishing pages, or high-risk financial schemes (SCAM/HYIP).

IRC bots, crypto-mining scripts, and proxy servers are generally prohibited on shared hosting plans as they impact overall infrastructure stability.

Monitoring & Enforcement

Hostpanel Demo reserves the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with this AUP. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice.

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and third-party security entities to investigate and resolve security breaches or illegal activities originating from our network.
