By ordering services from Hostpanel Demo or subscribing to our hosting plans, you agree to comply with these terms. These rules ensure a secure and efficient environment for all our clients.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and Hostpanel Demo regarding all hosting, domain, server and billing services.

Hostpanel Demo delivers web hosting, domain registration, virtual and dedicated servers, and a client portal for managing them. We commit to industry standards and best practices in operating our infrastructure.

Service specifications, including resource limits and included features, are described on the plan page at the time of order.

We reserve the right to upgrade our platform and infrastructure to incorporate new technologies without direct notice, provided such changes do not diminish core functionality.

Access to the client portal requires authentic and verified credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrative access.

Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately to prevent potential data breaches or service interruption.

Content: You retain all rights to the content you host with us and grant us only the licence needed to store and deliver it.

Hostpanel Demo retains all rights to its platform, brand and documentation. Third-party software included in a plan is provided under its own licence.

Our platform is provided under a 'License to Use' model. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute our proprietary software code.

Services: Fees are stated at checkout and invoiced ahead of each billing cycle; the first payment activates the service.

Hosting & Servers: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly). Failure to renew may result in temporary service suspension after the due date.

Taxes: Prices listed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

Termination by Client: You may cancel a service from the client portal at any time; fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable as described in the Refund Policy.

Termination by Hostpanel Demo: We reserve the right to suspend services in cases of non-payment, violation of ethical guidelines, or use of our platforms for illegal activities.

Hostpanel Demo works to keep its services available. However, we are not liable for business losses resulting from third-party network failures, outages at external providers, or unapproved client modifications to hosted content or server configuration.

Our maximum liability for any service is limited to the fees specifically paid for that service.

We may refine these terms periodically to align with evolving laws and the growth of our platform. Continued use of our services after updates signifies your acceptance.

Any major shifts in our legal framework will be highlighted in the Client Area of our website.
